The Foundation has been recognized as a public interest organisation by the Ministry of Home Affairs on May 22, 1990. The Foundation in managed by a Board of Directors. A Scientific Committee is assisting the board to drive new research initiatives. Financial resources are provided by income from endowment fund invested by the Board of Directors, or grants and donations.
